The robot player size is limited to 20 cm by 20 cm and a maximum weight of 3 kilograms - roughly the same as the 3 kg. robot sumo bots. All the robots are required to use a special radio control system specified by the organizers to make sure there is consistent operation without interference or communication problems[via engadget - Robots-Dreams]
