This gold Lamborghini Aventador, also known as Project AU79 by Prestige Imports, was spotted in Miami last week. It took approximately 70-days to complete and adds another $50,000 on top of the original MSRP. You’ll still find a monstrous V12 that produces 700hp and has a top speed of 217mph, under the hood. Lamborghini says that the Aventador is two generations ahead of anything else on sale, using Formula One-style suspension and a lightweight carbon fibre monocoque. Stylistically, the Aventador represents an evolution of its predecessor, the Murcielago. The car’s shape also borrows heavily from Lamborghini’s limited-edition Reventon and their Estoque concept car.
