CNBC interviewed Steve Jobs yesterday and put him in the spotlight on Apple's upcoming iPhone. What do you think of Jobs' remarks? Video after the jump.
is it just me...or did CNBC seem a little biased. I mean its the dawning of their biggest product in 6 years, and the reporter mentions thier stock scandal 3 times.

nate, you're kidding right? He got a total walk with complete softball questions and was allowed to basically make an ad for the product. As far as the stock scandal he was allowed to spin it however he wanted without challenge. CNBC acted like fanboys.

Nate,
Where's the bias? Are CNBC affiliated with an Apple competitor? Have they historically been associated with an Apple competitor?
As for the stock scandal, this is an important issue. Possibly serious criminal corporate conduct. That is - and damned well should be - bigger news than a product launch, post Enron et al.
glacia, that may be true. But if CNBCs reporter had started playing hardball, i bet Jobs would've put the hammer down.

Nate,
You do work for Apple, don't you? If not, you seriously need to get a life and stop constantly and sycophantically cheerleading on several web site comment fora on behalf of a very rich company that pays you no money and gives you no reward.

Oh crap,jay your right...
you caught me! Apple pays me millions to go on message boards and support their products. shh don't tell anyone!
I like good products. apple has produced the best stuff on the market for like 10 years.
so sue me, i'm a Steve Jobs superfan.
10 years? It has been over 20 but oh well.
Yea, I am an Apple fanboy if you want to call me that. I have had apple computers for about 15 years and my family has four iPods. Not just because they are cool, but because they work well.
Having said all of that..
Yea, the reporter took it pretty easy on him even from my vantage point. He has managed to become so cool that nobody wants to piss him off because it is such a big thing to get to interview him and (like this guy) would like to do it again.
BTW, I won't be getting one of the phones. At least not for a few years when they are cheaper and/or hold more. But they really are nice.
