complete bs, there is no air pressure in the lock. they probably used the key button to unlock it right when she pushed on the ball.

Exactly... Completely fake... Metacafe pays for highly viewed videos, and this will get millions of hits... not to mention the number of tennis balls this will sell.

Not bs, but I dont think it will work on many newer cars. Some
cars use a pneumatic central locking system that operates using
air-pressure. I know this worked on the old Mercedes from the
late 80s.

If she pressed on my ball(s) I think it would pop up like that too!

I knew that this trick worked on some cars. If you don't believe, then just ask a car thief.
No, i'm not one...
And no, new car locks are built to prevent this now.

My friend's family owns a used car lot - we went around trying this on some of the vehicles. Turns out it works on a lot of older vehicles, but we couldn't get any newer models to open this way.
As a side note, even with the same model vehicles, some would open and some wouldn't.

No, this is an old trick that works with a lot of old cars. I don't know if it works beacuse of the reasons given in the video or not, but i know from personal experience that it worked on some old SAAB's in the eighties.
However, I do think this particular video is a fake. The way I've seen it done is by SLAMMNING your hand into the ball, and i'm also sceptical about it workning on newer cars

I can tell you that this specific video is filmed in Romania, and the trick is being done on a Dacia Nova or SuperNova, which was released within the last 5 years.
The same auto company has had extensive relations with Renault, for those of you that never heard of them.
And don't jump to conclusions saying it's fake. Try it yourselves! But keep it legal.

lol... This is complete BS!!... as someone with intimate knowledge of locks i know that air pressure will not open your car lock... its laughable... the locking mechanism does not involve any air pressure whatsoever... its mechanical...
