3D Beach Art

When viewed from the perfect angles, these anamorphic – distorted unless viewed from certain vantage points – sand drawings come to life in a 3D-like way. These drawings were created by New Zealand-based artist and musician Jamie Harkins. He says, “We’ve seen other people doing stuff on beaches, but it’s always been geometric, flat shapes, like a pattern, so we thought we’d get into the whole 3D thing.
