World's Smallest USB Drive?

We're not exactly sure how ATP Electronics managed to fit a 1GB USB drive (also available in 512MB as pictured above) into such a small package, but we aren't complaining. It measures only 9.4 x 17.6 x 36.3 mm and weighs just 8g. Available in gold or silver colors, the Petito is set to launch in April.
“Do not be mislead by its size, though, because at up to 30MB/s transfer rate and 1GB, Petito will exceed your expectations with its performances in terms of speed and capacity.”

Kewl, finally, a USB drive I would actually have on my keyring!
6
Cool; kinda looks like a lighter.

That's nothing. Check out . Smaller, larger capacity, and functions as an SD card as well.

Plz William! SanDisk broke my PC's heart with that 120mb stupid Flappy disk technology that no one uses. Since then all they are good for is cameras. However, this thing looks like a metrosexual lipstick case similar to what we used to wear on tour back in the big hair band days.

William that is a nice find... sort different, makes me wonder how the fit the USB adapter in it.
13
i dont think you'l be plugging a USB adapter in it.. Wont it be like a USB pen drive..? one half is a cap, under that cap is your male USB connection.

More is efficient. Nifty little thing, but I still rule 250 gigs weighting a little under 1kg as superior. :D Of course, a portable HDD won't fit your keyring and you almost never won't need that much space til and from work. But hey, it beats this one's 125gig/1kg ratio.

William thats awesome, crazy small and for all those other people. yes there is a male inside of it (just flips around)

Um this isn't that impressive to me. All though it does look elegent, I've seen smaller drives. I have one that's 1GB, and is ~2mm thick, 18 mm long, and 10mm wide. The largest part of it is the USB plug, wich detaches from it, so it's pretty damned small.

Opps, also, to dissolve any confusion/argumetn that might happen, the dimentions stated do not include the male usb connecter. like i said, that part attaches to it when u want to use it. It's handy because i can use one usb end, and switch just the little memory wafers :D

Why don't you just get a 1 gig flash stick instead of having to carry around that... Flash sticks are thinner..
19
I've seen SD flash cards that flip into usb, way smaller

looks pretty dry. the one in a pic is 512 which is about the smallest usb drive memory u can buy. if the 1gb is the same size it aint bad but it isnt..sooo who cares

its easier to lose

DANG!--That's the biggest quarter I've ever seen!
