XBox vs. XBox 360 Graphics

haha the original Xbox costs what.. under half the 360? and yet it has better graphics.

Wow...some of the Xbox images actually look better than the 360. Especially the faces...the 360 ones looked like the guys had allergic reactions to bee stings.

aww poor 360... graphics inferior to PS3 and very close to XBox. The 360 cant even handle dred locks o.O

No big news here. If you want real next-gen graphics, get a Xbox360 exclusive game, such as Gears of War.

HA HA!! I knew I wasnt the only one who noticed how similar they REALLY are. Thats a great demo, very sad but great.

there is a difference but as far as i can see, not much. the textures are richer and the outlines of models are ever so slightly smoother, but i wouldnt say its next gen graphics at their best. however, programmers have still much to learn when using the new format. same with ps2, xbox and psp. the initial graphics were poor compared to the games recently released. the programmers learnt how to use the code more effectively and efficiently.

I have played blood money on both systems and the 360 is much much better. This clip is kind of pointless because we are watching it in low quality, so it puts the xbox 360 graphics quality in the same ballpark of the old xbox. You just can't tell by these low res clips.

Sony bots go f*ck yourself. Gears of War and Mass Effect, both 360 games, are better looking than any PS3 game. It's a fact, look it up

Game geeks, go to your local tv store, and ask the guy to put high definition through a standard definition input. Then find out why it looks like s***, and you'll realize the video is misleading.

This is dumb as hell. Hitman was make for the xbox, and ported over to the 360... Compare the graphics between PGR1+2 to PGR3... or better yet, look at the GT game for the PS3... IT looks like the PS2 version!!! who is laughing now?

Is this really a good example? I don't have an xbox 360, but I've seen one in action - I'd be game enough to say that the difference is rather more distinct than what's shown here in that low-res video clip.... At first glance though - The only difference I'm really seeing is the lighting system...The Xbox 360's is more complex, but the 3-d rendering looks to be taken directly from the Xbox - Again, just not a good example of difference in powers in my opinion...
