One-Wheeled RYNO

The EROVER Balance Board may be more affordable, but RYNO’s Micro-Cycle definitely looks cooler. At 125-pounds, this self-balancing vehicle can reach speeds up to 15 miles per hour, thanks to product engineer Chris Hoffmann’s ingenious design. The massive tire that you see contains the entire power plant within the hub of the wheel to maintain balance. And that’s because while it may share some characteristics with a traditional motorcycle, most notably the styling, the Ryno Microcycle has only one wheel. Though the handlebars might suggest otherwise, you actually control the Ryno’s electric motors by leaning forward to accelerate and back to slow down, with only subtle leans required to turn,” according to Uncrate.
