Zombie 222 Electric 1968 Ford Mustang

On the outside, it looks like any other 1968 Ford Mustang, but flip open the hood, and you’ll see it’s packing an electric motor. Introducing Zombie 222 by Mitch Medford’s Bloodshed Motors in Austin, Texas. Its electric motors churn out 800 horsepower and an insane 1,800 lb-ft of torque, boosting it from 0-60mph in just 2.4-seconds. Unfortunately, this is a one-off production…for now, but those who don’t mind spending the price equivalent of a 2016 Porsche GT3 RS, you just might be able to pick it up. “The quarter mile happens in 10.7 seconds at 125 mph. How does it happen? With two 11″ electric motors and two controllers to manage the battery packs. That’s actually where the 222 comes from: ‘2 motors, 2 controllers, and too fast.’ Medford is looking for a buyer for the record-setting vehicle, with a price tag somewhere around $200,000,” reports Hi Consumption.
