The conclusion of SpaceX’s Demo-2 mission also marks the first U.S. splashdown in nearly 45 years, as they are expected to land in the Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Pensacola, Florida, one of seven options available, at approximately 2:41 p.m. EDT (1841 GMT) if weather conditions permit. One concern from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) National Hurricane Center is the movement of Hurricane Isais, which is currently heading towards Florida.
