“Private roof patio spaces will each include a tree, allowing residents to have nature even though they’re many stories high. Boeri’s building will be located in the Chavannes-Pres-Renens district of the city, and it will feature apartment-style living with a number of units facing the adjacent Lake Geneva. In addition, the tower will have offices, a gym, and a panoramic restaurant on its top floor. Construction is set to begin in 2017,” reports My Modern Met.
