Created by the team at Drone Champions AG, this full-sized manned aerobatic racing drone, built to promote its Drone Champions League video game, features a full carbon airframe, complete with six arms extending outwards, each with a pair of coaxial rotors mounted at the ends. There is one central seat for a passenger, but without any controls, since it’s meant to be flown from the ground remotely by trained drone racing pilots. Most recently, Drone Champions took it to Vrsar, Croatia, for some testing, along with a Red Bull crew to film their antics. For now, they are using a dummy passenger to perform the crazy aerobatic maneuvers, including barrel rolls and loops.
