Apple indicates the phone will ship in June 2007, and I will ship as soon as Apple ships it to me. If this is confusing or if you can not wait, please don’t waste my time and bid. My brother was at CES and won this phone from Cingular, and will ship as soon as it is released. I only have one for sale. I have been told this phone is unlockable, but you will have to do that or find someone to do it for you. This phone will be ready to use on Cingulars network
