At $1,200 on eBay, this rare PlayStation 2 chainsaw controller “was a big seller here in the US, but for some reason Nubytech was unable to get the rights to sell the Biohazard version in Japan.” Auction page. Click here for first picture in gallery.
This unit appears to be a production unit and not a true prototype but since the controller was never released most collectors still refer to it as a prototype. I was told that of the 25,000 planned Biohazard 4 controllers only 12 or so of these Biohazard controllers still exist.
