Sleek and stylish, the Lotus Emeya is the automaker’s first electric hyper-GT. Power comes from high-power dual motors that generate a combined 905 hp and 726 lb-ft of torque, enabling it to accelerate from 0-62 mph in just 2.78-seconds, while achieving a top speed of 159 mph.
An exact range is not yet available, although we do know that a 5-minute charge using a 350kW DC fast charger is good for around 93 miles. Production of Emeya is expected to commence in 2024. Pricing has not yet been announced, but it should start around $100,000 USD. Other features include a large infotainment touchscreen, Alacantara / Nappa leather seats and a KEF audio system. The company did mention that production is set to commence in 2024 at a Geely factory in Wuhan, China.
