Emirates New First Class Suite 777

Emirates unveiled a new Mercedes-Benz S-Class-inspired first class suite for its Boeing 777 aircraft. Each one features sliding doors that reach up to six feet and nine inches high, complete with floor to ceiling windows and 32-inch high-definition displays. That’s not all, private suites in the middle of the cabin boast “virtual windows” that project the view from outside in real-time for guests who aren’t able to book window seats. “These virtual windows – which are used in some cruise ships – project the view from outside the aircraft using real-time camera technology. In the other suites, binoculars are available for customers who want to explore the sky outside their windows. On the first day of the Dubai Air Show, the airline said the new suites with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors would be a ‘game changer’,” according to Grant Bradley of NZ Herald.
