Paulo Henrique dos Santos, a 35-year-old man from the Villa Cruzeiro favela of Rio Janeiro, painted himself green with industrial paint (normally used on ballistic missiles) to look like The Hulk, and didn’t realize that it could possibly permanently stain his skin. As if the embarrassment of having all his neighbors laugh at him as he walked around his neighborhood wasn�t enough, photos of him and his mother trying to remove the paint went viral on the Internet.
