Rumors of IBM layoffs 2010 have been circulating the web today, and an estimated 40-50% of the staff are expected to be ‘RA’d’ [resource action] on Monday, according to a post on the [email protected] Web site.”
At IBM, layoffs are referred to as ‘resource action’; employees call it ‘being RA’d’. IBM employs over 10,000 people at its RTP campus, the largest center of IBM.
