Here’s a first: a jet-powered school bus that’s capable of reaching speeds in excess of 350mph. Paul Stender “built the bus for two reasons: the first is to entertain people because, come on, it’s a jet bus [and] the second, is to keep kids off drugs.” Video after the break.
This work of brilliance and terror comes from the mind and shop of Paul Stender, whose Indy Boys Inc. team constructed the entire vehicle (a standard issue bus wouldn’t have withstood the rocket) from scratch.
