Star Wars fanatics who also love collecting pens, rejoice! S.T. Dupont Paris has unveiled a $25,000 levitating lightsaber fountain pen. Limited to just 8-units worldwide, they will be available in either Yoda or Darth Vader varieties. “The pen which is part of the Haute Creation Collection which features levitation fountain pens disguised as light sabers. There are two of these pens, which both feature a 2 carat topaz crystal one for the powerful Sith Lord Darth Vader which is red and symbolise the dark side of the force. “The pen is formed from Bronze with black lacquer with palladium and rhodium finishes, which replicated the original design of light saber first seen in the original film Star Wars episode IV ‘A New Hope’. The pen is presented on a levitating platform which is intelligently done using magnets,” adds the company.
