Set for release on June 25, Mario Golf: Super Rush is the seventh installment in the series and will include several new modes that take the game to the next level. One of them is Speed Golf, where players hit the ball in real-time instead of taking turns. Once it’s hit by one of the players, they race along the course toward their ball to repeat the process until someone scores. Read more for the new overview trailer and additional information.
The most exciting new mode is Battle Golf, which is a battle royale that consists of nine holes and players can take on whichever one they want – just sink three to win. Then there’s Golf Adventure that is more like a role-playing game where the player controls a customizable Mii and can explore the Mushroom Kingdom. All of the modes lets the player choose button controls to swing their club or motion controls to reenact hitting the ball.
