Capcom Project Battle Card Game

Popular fighting game content producer Maximilian Dood recently got a chance to preview the unreleased Capcom Project Battle, a new mobile card game for iOS and Android platforms. You’ll find many familiar characters, like from a variety of different games, including Ryu, Morrigan, Albert Wesker, Zero, Chris Redfield, Mega-Man, Chun-Li, Dante, and even Rathalos. Simply put, players get three active spaces to place cards from their deck and battle their opponent’s vitality from 30 to 0 by using attacks from characters drawn. Even though players take turns, there’s also a new mechanic, called “Active Response,” which enables quick and timed actions in order to get the maximum damage potential of each move. To start off each game players select a leader from multiple classes, each with three unique ultimate skills, before building a 30-card deck consisting of unit as well as action cards to battle opponents.
