Sleek and stylish, the MG EXE181 electric hypercar is set to make its debut later this week at the 2024 Beijing Auto Show. Technical specifications have not yet been revealed, but parent company SAIC Motor says it’s capable of accelerating from 0-62 mph in just 1.9 seconds.

Power comes from four electric motors that should be generative well above 1,000 hp combined, and apparently, helps the EXE181 defy the land speed record. Oh, its extremely low drag coefficient of only 0.181 definitely helps it out in the speed department. For comparison, the original 1959 EX181 concept managed to achieve 254.91 mph with Phil Hill behind the wheel. Inside, you’ll find a single central-mounted racing seat and a futuristic yoke-style steering wheel. You can see it in person at the Beijing Auto Show starting April 25th.
