The Wii’s main page is laid out in the form of 12 channels, shaped like television screen icons, per page, over four pages making for a total of 48 channels. Each channel represents a certain function of the Wii. For example, the Disc Channel (the only channel available in the video demo) accesses whatever media is present inside the machine — usually a Wii or GameCube disc
