The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra flagship smartphone is set to be unveiled at an Unpacked event in early 2022, but the handset may have already leaked. A photo circulating on Weibo allegedly shows the handset’s back panel with five camera holes, one of which is rumored to house a 108MP, f/1.8 sensor, the same one from the S21 Ultra. Display wise, the S22 Ultra should get a 6.8-inch AMOLED panel with QHD resolution and a 120Hz dynamic refresh rate. Read more for a video, additional pictures and information.
Performance wise, it should come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 895 SoC or Samsung’s own Exynos 2200 chipset. Qualcomm’s system on chip is fabricated on a 4nm process and has the latest X65 5G modem that offers wireless download speeds of up to 10 Gbps. Other features may include up to 512GB of internal storage and a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired charging support. More details should be released as Mobile World Congress 2022 in Barcelona, Spain nears on February 28, 2022.
