Players are able to travel to different parts of the game’s world by riding a horse, while a grappling hook-like item can be used to access areas that are difficult to reach. Plus, the game has many side quests where you interact with other characters. It takes place on Tsushima Island, Feudal Japan in the late 13th century, which means players are able to confront enemies using weapons such as a katana.
