While the Apple Tablet video we posted earlier may be fake, it hasn’t stopped Jesus Diaz from designing a sleek looking mockup of what he hopes is coming.
There’s a lot of speculation about the Apple tablet, but coming November, this is how my desk is going to look. Or at least, this is what I want.

Using just the HIDFirmwareUpdaterTool, hacker “K. Chen has come up with a way to inject malicious code into the keyboard’s firmware.” Basically, the “firmware can sniff keystrokes to obtain your password and it can launch a bash shell connected to any remote IP address on any port.” Video after the break.

Here’s a first: an iPod / iPhone dock that can sync and charge up to 20 devices simultaneously. The PARASYNC “uses only one USB cable, and it has been certified by Apple to work natively with iTunes.” Pricing and availability have not yet been announced. Video after the break.

At Macworld 1999, Steve Jobs revealed a Mac version of Halo — “the game had been given a closed-door screening at E3 earlier” — that was eventually released in 2003. This delay was mainly due to Bungie being acquired by Microsoft two years later. Video after the break.
I often wonder if Macintosh really could have evolved into a serious gaming platform, using OpenGL, with Halo as a leadership title.

In 1997 the tam was a $7,500 machine with concierge set-up in your home. On Steve Jobs return he canceled the project,and the molds were destroyed. Perhaps it was overpriced.
