Trump Air Force One

Many people have publicly expressed their opinions about President-elect Donald Trump, but District 9 director Neill Blomkamp took things to a whole new computer-generated level imagining an obscenely “pimped out” motorcade and Air Force One. As you can see, there are plenty of unnecessary modifications, such as tank tracks, cannons, and even a gold body kit on the presidential limousine. Saya 3D

Saya looks like just another person you’d see on the street, but there is something unique about her – she isn’t real. These lifelike images are entirely computer generated by Teruyuki and Yuki Ishikawa, a husband-and-wife team of freelance 3D computer graphics artists from Tokyo. You’d think the hair would be the most tedious part, but it’s actually achieving the realistic translucent skin. Continue reading for more pictures and information.

Boeing 777 Transformer

Animator Michael Schmidt wanted to show the world that even robots have to unload once in a while, and this one just so happened to be of a Boeing 777 jumbo jet landing at Frankfurt Airport to take care of things. Sure, the scene may be computer-generated, but it’s not too far-fetched to picture giant transforming robots running around in the near future. Ocarina of Time Unreal Engine 4

What happens when The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time meets Unreal Engine 4? This amazing recreation of “Zora Cave” by environment artist Michael Eurek. “The map depicts Zora’s Domain from Zelda: Ocarina of Time, lovingly re-interpreted in UE4,” said Kotaku. For those who don’t quite remember this section, Zora’s Fountain is a large fresh water spring located in eastern Hyrule, and can only be accessed by way of Zora’s Domain, and it serves as the primary water source of Hyrule. Real X-Wing Fighter

The T-65 X-Wing fighter is depicted as the primary interceptor and dogfighter of the Rebel Alliance and the New Republic in Star Wars. They are equipped with four laser cannons and a pair of proton torpedo launchers. The fighter has two flight modes: one in which the wings are flat and another when they are expanded into “attack position”, affording the wingtip lasers a larger fire area. Avanaut shows us what they would look like back here on Earth. Continue reading for more images.

World of Warcraft Westfall

Gamer Daniel L. has recreated World of Warcraft’s Westfall, the abandoned agricultural center and low level zone of the Alliance that borders the Elwynn Forest, with Unreal Engine 4. In the early build video, you’ll enter Westfall from the Elwynn Forest. “I wonder if we’ll see this zone in the upcoming movie. Based on what we’ve seen so far, its aesthetics would be similar to this,” says Kotaku’s Gergo Vos. Continue reading for the video, plus a bonus clip.

Lykan HyperSport

We realize that there are some who haven’t seen Fast 7 yet, so the only thing you need to know is that the $3.4-million Lykan Hypersport is used in the film for some crazy stunts. Created by Dubai-based W Motors, it sports a mid-rear engine layout powered by a 3.8L twin-turbocharged flat-6 sourced from Porsche tuner RUF, generating an impressive 770 hp and 708 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 6-speed sequential or 7-speed PDK gearbox. All buyers also get 24-hour concierge service offering on-call engineers and “flying doctors” to cater to the needs of yourself or your car, anywhere in the world. Titanic Unreal Engine 4

Here’s an incredible look at Titanic: Honor & Glory, a fan project that recreates the RMS Titanic’s ill-fated maiden voyage using only Unreal Engine 4. In addition to creating a walkthrough, they also give us a look at the famous grand staircase of the ship disappearing. The developers hope to include a free roam mode where we can wander around the ship with minimal crowds and no objectives and watch as everything is slowly engulfed by the icy waters in the final version. Continue reading for two videos and more information, including the Indiegogo page.

Snickers Danny Trejo

Snickers paid tribute to The Brady Bunch with their 2015 Super Bowl commercial, and it recasts the classic television show with Steve Buscemi and Danny Trejo in place of the on-screen sisters Marcia and Jan. Nearly everything you see in the scene with Mike (Robert Reed) and Carol Brady (Florence Henderson) was added digitally in post-production. Continue reading for the making of video.
