Sanyo presents the Xacti DMX-C6 which is a 6 MegaPixel Camera that is also able to record video. The unit is even styled to resemble a digital camcorder and it records video at 60fps at up to 60X Zoom (Optical/Digital). This device will be available in three colors Vintage Silver, Spark Ring Ruby and Onyx Black.

“As you might have deducted from the name, it’s a 6MP camera and sanyo worked a lot to make the device look more like a video camera, by upping the frame rate from 30fps to 60fps with some software tweaks for example. This little trick uses the 30fps rate as a base amd there is also a movement detection system that renders more fluid video images than before.”
