Sherp ATV

Looking more like a mini monster truck, the Russian-made Sherp ATV boasts a 44.3-horsepower engine, along with a suspension that turns on a dime. This two-seater also features ample cargo area, and can climb obstacles over two feet tall, while having the capability to swim, thanks to oversized self-inflated tires. Its durable polymer coating on the outside ensures ruggedness, while a 15.3 gallon fuel tank, and optional add-ons, such as a second 15 gallon tank in the wheels, a generator, independent heater, and high-powered headlights, make sure you’re never stranded out in the wild. Mind-Controlled Bionic Arm

In the near future, humans may be able to shop for cybernetic parts from the comfort of their own home. Of course, this would mean replacing their own limbs with prosthetic ones, but ones that are mind-controlled, like this bionic arm by DARPA. Developed at a cost of over $100 million, it’s controlled with a microchip in the brain that records neuron activity and decodes the signals to activate motor neurons that control the prosthetic. It works similar to a regular arm, with the ability to bend, rotate, and twist in 27 different ways. The arm restores almost complete hand and finger function to patients dealing with spinal cord injury, stroke, or amputation. Ferrari Testarossa Facts

The Ferrari Testarossa, also known as the Type F110, is essentially a 12-cylinder mid-engine sports car manufactured by Ferrari that went into production in 1984 as the successor to the Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer. It was designed by Pininfarina, and originally produced from 1984 to 1991, with two model revisions following the ending of Testarossa production and the introduction of the 512 TR and F512 M. Let’s face it, the last thing you’d probably want to do while out with friends is answer messages from your parents, but if ReplyASAP is installed on your smartphone, it’ll be a must. Nick Herbert, a 45-year-old man from London, UK, came up with the idea for the app after realizing that simply giving his son a smartphone wasn’t such a good idea, as he often kept his device on silent. It took eight months, and quite the investment to complete the project. How does it work? It alerts parents if their child has seen their message, or if the phone is turned off, and should they choose to ignore it, the app locks their phone, until a reply is received. Ferrari F50 Black

Ferrari only built 349 F50s, and of those models, just four of those were painted in Nero Daytona. This pristine 1995 Ferrari F50 is the only US-spec example. Lockheed A-12

Before the SR-71 Blackbird, there was the Lockheed A-12, a reconnaissance aircraft built for the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) by Lockheed’s Skunk Works, based on the designs of Clarence “Kelly” Johnson. The aircraft was designated A-12, the 12th in a series of internal design efforts for “Archangel”, the aircraft’s internal code name. Ferrari F40 HRE

The Ferrari F40 is a mid-engine, rear-wheel drive supercar built from 1987 to 1992, with the LM and GTE race car versions continuing production until 1994 and 1996 respectively. Successor to the Ferrari 288 GTO, it was designed to celebrate Ferrari’s 40th anniversary and was the last Ferrari automobile personally approved by Enzo Ferrari.
