Here’s a first look at the all-new Lamborghini Aventador 750-4 SV. It weighs 110-pounds less than its predecessor and gains 50-horsepower, pushing it to 750hp. It has a top speed of 217mph and can go from 0-62mph in just 2.8-seconds. If Batman (Bruce Wayne) purchased a new Lamborghini, it’d probably be the Mansory Huracan. Set to be unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, the Mansory edition is still powered by the Huracan’s 5.2L V10, but gets upgraded with a new single turbo, exhaust, and fuel pressure control to boost this monster to 838 horsepower and 575 pound-feet of torque. Created by designer Slavche Tanevsky, the Lamborghini Ankonian takes its name from an Italian fighting bull known for its black hair and draws inspiration from the F-117A Nighthawk as well as the classic Batmobile. Tanevsky designed this concept for a project at Munich University of Applied Sciences. It’s mid-engine and hides its headlights and tail lights behind some sleek creases finished off in matte black. Unofficially called “Rambo Lambo,” the LM002 (Lamborghini Military) was Lamborghini’s first foray into the world of military vehicles, and also the company’s first four-wheel-drive model. After much testing and altering of the prototype, it was finally unveiled at the Brussels Auto Show in 1986. Civilian models were outfitted with a full luxury package, including full leather trim, tinted power windows, air conditioning, and a premium stereo mounted in a roof console. In order to meet the vehicle’s tire needs, Lamborghini commissioned Pirelli to create the Pirelli Scorpion tires with custom, run-flat tread designs. Limited to only 9 cars worldwide, each of these limited edition models carries a staggering €3.3 million price tag. Powering this beast is an Aventador-sourced 6.5L V12 engine that generates 700hp, enabling it to spring from 0 – 62 mph (100 km/h) in a mere 2.9 seconds, topping out at 220 mph (355 km/h). The Lamborghini Diablo was a high-performance mid-engined sports car manufactured between 1990 and 2001. It was the first Lamborghini capable of topping 200 miles per hour (320 km/h), but this orange replica won’t come anywhere near that number, performance wise. This replica can be snatched up for just $48,900 USD (€40,575). It’s based on the Pontiac Fiero platform, and is powered by a Camaro-sourced LS1 V8 engine, mated to a Porsche 911 transmission. Hearing a Lamborghini V12 in-action is something most auto enthusiasts will never forget, now imagine that rumble coming from a motorcycle. The beast you see above made an appearance at Cars and Coffee Alpharetta, GA this past weekend weekend, complete with six carburetors and those familiar throttle bodies. Auto Evolution reports, “Up until the Aventador was launched, Lamborghini improved on the same 60-degree quad-cam V12 Bizzarini designed in the early 60s. When Lamborghini Veneno Roadster meets the new Batmobile, you get the Vapour GT. Though still in concept form, this vehicle is being presented to potential clients worldwide.
