Google Chrome Dinosaur Game

Yes, it’s been years since this Easter egg was discovered, but now, a programmer has trained an artificial intelligence neural network to play Google Chrome’s dinosaur game. This time waster is only accessible when the browser detects you’re offline, and on the ‘Unable to connect to the Internet’ error page. If you’re at said page, simply press the space bar to get T-Rex jumping, while the ground beneath him will extend to the right, and then start running. “Using NEAT I created an AI to play the Google Chrome Dinosaur Game, and its awesome,” said the programmer. Industrial designer Fabio Puddu was fascinated by the Lamborghini Terzo Millennio, an all-electric hypercar designed by the automaker in partnership with MIT, so he came up with this similarly-styled Aventador SV. Featuring an all-new front fascia, wheels and rear wing. The production headlights were swapped out for a more aggressive-looking bonnet, complete with Millennio-like units located on either side of the front spoiler and a set of black red-lipped wheels. Portable PlayStation 4

The PlayStation 4 may be on its way out for the next-generation model, but Sony has yet to release a portable version. This custom solution, by “My Mate Vince”, could be the next best thing, as it “allows you to play your PS4 locally within Bluetooth range on a handheld screen with no lag (very little, not noticeable).” It’s better than Remote Play since you have a full 1080p, even on PS4 and PS4 Slim, and no latency. “It has a 1080p 10″ screen which looks lovely. By using Wireless HDMI and the Nintendo Switch Joy-Con it makes it possible to mimic the best feature of the Wii U which is the 2nd handheld screen,” adds Vince. Ford Model A S2000

Auto enthusiast James Schwartz came across a rendering (bottom image) by Aaron Beck and decided to make that vehicle a reality, and thus this Franken-car was born. He began with a Ford Model A cab, and started some heavy metal fabrication, which included a six inch chop and shortened grill. Next, a custom frame was made from square tubing with a C-notch in the rear to allow the car sit as low as possible. Last, but not least, an F20C engine and six-speed transmission was taken out of a donor S2000. Click here for the first image in today’s viral picture gallery. Disney Stickman Robot

Human performers spent thousands of years developing acrobatic techniques, but at the same time, robots have started to become more mobile and autonomous, enabling them to imitate these stunts in dramatic ways. Meet “Stickman”. Disney’s latest simple 2° of freedom robot that uses a gravity-driven pendulum launch and produces a variety of somersaulting stunts. It features an IMU and a laser range-finder to estimate its state mid-flight and actuates to change its motion both on and and off the pendulum. Jet Thruster Motorcycle

It’s not uncommon for motorcycle riders to go for spirited rides through the canyons, but what happens when they lean a bit too far into a curve and then hit a patch of loose gravel? They’ll slide out of course, and hopefully, into a safe spot outside of harm’s way. However, that isn’t always the case, and thus Bosch’s anti-skid jet thruster system was born. When installed, the sensors automatically detect when a slide is occurring, and then triggers a mechanism that fires gas from an airbag-type device to correct the slide, bringing the bike back upright. The first two motorcycles to feature this technology will be the Ducati Multistrada and the KTM 1290 Super Duke. Click here for the first image in today’s viral picture gallery. 3500HP Lamboghini Huracan

This Lamborghini Huracan’s 5.2-liter V10 engine was twin-turbocharged and now generates a whopping 3,500-horsepower. At a recent drag racing event called “TX2K18” the vehicle managed to hit 229mph during one of its insane runs, and quite easily. Click here for the first image in today’s viral picture gallery. Google Selfish Ledger

In 2016, Google created a slightly unsettling video, titled “The Selfish Ledger,” that imagines a future where an evolving record of our online data could be used to direct human behavior. It was created by Nick Foster, Google’s head of design at their research-and-development division, X, and says this could be used so it not only tracks our behavior, but offers direction towards a desired result. “We understand if this is disturbing – it is designed to be. This is a thought-experiment by the Design team from years ago that uses a technique known as ‘speculative design’ to explore uncomfortable ideas and concepts in order to provoke discussion and debate. It’s not related to any current or future products,” said a company representative. Click here for the first image in today’s viral picture gallery.
