Here’s Master Chief armor that actually looks like it was made for a movie. From the assault rifle (*corrected) to helmet, everything looks true to the game. Click here for first picture in gallery.

If somebody told me these were photos smuggled off the set of the Halo movie I’d totally agree with them, for a second, before remembering there is no Halo movie, then saying “aaaahhhh, ya got me”.

Putting a twist on the classic game, Daniel Soltis’s Moving Parts is essentially a “two-player hybrid physical/video pinball game that uses variations in game rules to elicit different social interactions between players.” Video after the break. Click here for first picture in gallery.

The real standout here is not the programming, but the physical/video hybrid that Soltis has created. The program is projected from the ceiling onto a hand-built table that has buttons and a pull-lever just like on a real pinball machine.

So, multitouch has some interesting applications, but all pale in comparison to playing a two player version of Missile Command.

The jDome system consists of a “semi-transparent dome” that has images projected onto it, enabling gamers to surround themselves “with 180-degrees of gaming action.” Video after the break.

John Nilsson went and patented the concept and is now developing the jDome with an estimated cost of around $125-200.

Now here’s an interesting game, Raging Thunder for the iPhone. This early version makes use of the phone’s accelerometer to control the vehicles. Video after the break.

If Sony were to partner with Apple for their next portable, all-in-one gaming device, then it might look something like the iWish. Click here for one more picture.

I call this the iWish because I wish Sony would get their act together and improve the PSP. So many people are doing such amazing and innovative things these days, and yet the only innovative thing to happen to the PSP since 2005 was that it got a little slimmer.
