Tesla V3 Supercharger

Tesla’s first V3 Supercharging stations are now open to the public at their Fremont, California factory. Approximately eight stalls are available now to all Tesla owners and support charging speeds up of 250kW, which means that you can add 180-miles to a long-range Model 3, 130-miles to a Model S and 115-miles to a Model X in a mere 15-minutes. “Volkswagen is working on the same type of scenario with its Electrify America subsidiary. But, it has a long ways to go to match Tesla’s charging network breadth. Tesla’s V3 Supercharging will be rolling out globally this year,” reports Engadget.
