This may look like a space station at first glance, but it’s just the new “9 Hours” (9H) capsule hotel at Tokyo’s Narita Airport, located a few steps outside of Terminal 2. After checking in, guests will receive a key that provides access to a locker, a shower and a private sleeping capsule – each one is 1-meter high and 2-meters long. Pods are equipped with Air Cyclone mattresses for maximum comfort. Flight canceled? A full night at 9H costs just under $40 USD, with check-in available at all hours (10am checkout).
