Reddit user “psychemagic” stumbled upon an old storage unit from 1890 in Washington D.C. that was too good of a deal to pass up. So, he decided to snatch it up and convert it into a modern residence. Fortunately, psyche is both an architect and general contractor. After spending just $50,000 on supply and labor, a magnificent modern loft residence ensued.
