The OLPC laptop will cost around $100, and its goal is to provide these cheap laptop to school children in developing countries. Though Opera won’t come pre-installed on this laptop (as a result of the OLPC’s open source policy), Opera has been approached by at least one country that is interested in using Opera as the default browser
