The crew over at wiseGEEK has compiled an interesting series of food items and their 200 calorie equivalent portions. All of these foods were shot using the same dinner plate, which measures 10.25-inches (26 cm) in diameter as well as the same bowl if one was necessary, with a diameter of 6.25 inches (16cm).
