H1 Unlimited Hydroplane

For those who don’t follow this sport, H1 Unlimited is basically an American Unlimited Hydroplane racing league that is sanctioned by the American Power Boat Association (APBA), and a season typically runs from July through September, consisting of five races. Many are powered by the Lycoming T55 L7C turbine engine, originally used in Army Chinook helicopters. Click here to view the first image in today’s viral picture gallery.
