According to InternetNews, video site YouTube recently handed over the data of users who uploaded episodes of FOX’s 24 and Simpsons to NewsCorp.

While it’s pretty clearly against YouTube policy to upload copyrighted material, giving the accused not much to complain about, it’s disappointing that Google didn’t stick up for their user’s privacy even a little bit seeing they have a history of resisting U.S. subpoenas
