A service technician from the UK has crashed the purported world’s highest mileage Ferrari F40 when going for a test drive in the rain. In these conditions, its powerful engine and rear-wheel drive make it prone to oversteer, particularly at high speeds or when handling isn’t precise.
One thing is for sure, the Toyota Crown Sport looks nothing like the MANSORY Pugnator, but with Aero Over’s new body kit, it can resemble a Ferrari Purosangue. Aside from special Ferrari-inspired Toyota Crown badges, the kit also includes a revamped front splitter, side skirts, and even four exhaust outlets.
These days, a Ferrari F40 in mint condition with decent mileage easily sells for over $2-million, so a $9,995 detailing job sounds somewhat reasonable, right? I Am Detailing spent 30-days restoring this 1989 F40 formerly owned by British racing legend Nigel Mansell.
The Pininfarina-designed Ferrari Rossa concept made its debut at the 2000 Paris Motor Show and has been rarely seen in public since then. This unique vehicle is based on the the 2000 Ferrari 550 Barchetta Pininfarina chassis and meant to be a modern interpretation of the 1958 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa.
German tuners Novitec may have created the world’s loudest Ferrari Purosangue, turning the super SUV into something you’d expect to hear at the race track. Power still comes from a naturally-aspirated 6.5L V12 engine making 715 hp and 528 lb-ft of torque, possibly more due to a new exhaust.
