Batman Beyond: Year One is a fan film by Lumis Entertainment that needs to become a streaming series of even a full-length feature should there be enough interest. Written and directed by Michael Yu, it stars Ryan Potter, Isabelle Hahn, Justin Vancho, Fiona Dorn, D.Y. Sao, Koki Tomlinson, Tony Vittorioso, Bruce Inaba, as well as Dayna Huor.
It’s set in the year 2040, a time where Gotham has rebuilt itself as Neo Gotham City, years after Batman’s disappearance. The city is now bathed in neon lights, futuristic technologies, and brand-new villains. The Royal Flush Gang has returned to Gotham, but with a new family in charge.
