The GPD Duo isn’t the first dual-screen laptop to hit the market, but the number of configurations it offers is intriguing to say the least. Cary Golomb of The Phawx recently got his hands on one that is nearly maxed out to see what the laptop is really capable of.
This particular configuration boasts an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor with Radeon 890M graphics, 64GB of LPDDR5x RAM, a WD_Blue SN580 1TB NVMe SSD, a 64 Gbps OCuLink connector, a 40 Gbps USB4 port, 2.5 GbE Ethernet port, a USB-C port for video input, and an 80Wh battery good for up to 14-hours of use on a single charge. You can’t pre-order one yet, but once the Indiegogo campaign goes live, the base model with an AMD 8840U, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB NVMe SSD will set you back around $1,274 USD.
