Lenovo unveiled the world’s first AI display with an NPU inside earlier today, and it basically leverages artificial intelligence to optimize user experience. Unfortunately (or fortunately), this is not an all-in-one PC, which means you’ll still need to plug in either a laptop or desktop computer.
This discreent NPU (dNPU) not only enhances the monitor’s abilities, but also empowers non-AI PCs with AI computing power. What does that mean? Well, the AI display with NPU inside will enable non-AI PCs to use Large Language Models, receive commands from the user, analyze / recognize the intent, and allow the Assistant to execute the request.
