DeLorean Monster Truck

Sure, this DeLorean monster truck isn’t capable of time travel, but it’s great for off-roading nonetheless. Built by Rich Weissensel over the course of several weeks, it’s basically a 1981 DeLorean body on top of a 1970 Chevrolet K5 Blazer frame. Approximately 6,500 examples of the iconic Back to the Future vehicle are believed to exist today, and like countless other fans, his passion to create this one-of-a-kind truck was peaked by the film. His passion of the DeLorean doesn’t stop there, he’s also built a DeLorean limousine and a DeLorean hovercraft. He says: “I am often reminded by those simple words from a good friend of mine, Dr Emmet L. Brown, who stated, ‘Roads, where we are going, we don’t need roads.'” Click here to view the first image in today’s viral picture gallery.
