Motorcycle owners rejoice; enthusiast Richard Gryzch has created a hybrid cycle that’s powered by solar panels. Basically, it “uses no gas, goes up to about 90 miles per hour and has a range of around 50 miles.” Video after the break.

There are very few details about the inner workings of the bike, so we’re loathe to say it’s 100 percent solar, but Richard does plan on extending his bike’s range of 300 miles.

Amazon is selling the V-Moda Vibe Earbuds for only $49.99 shipped, originally priced at $101.00. Despite its metal casing, the “Vibe amazingly weighs only 12 grams, which is a third of the weight of many other competing high-end headphones.” Product page.

That’s right, an ultra rare NES hands-free controller sold for a whopping $540.00 on eBay. Basically, the “d-pad control is replicated by a long stick that’s moved by the player’s mouth/tongue, while the A / B buttons were ingeniously controlled by sipping and blowing through a small pipe.” Auction page.

It consists of a bulky controller that is literally strapped to the player’s chest. The pro: quadriplegics (or others suffering from debilitating physical conditions) could play NES games.

Shinoda has just unveiled a gigantic 145-inch curved plasma screen — comprised of six 39-inch displays — that offer a combined resolution of 960 x 720 pixels. Best of all, it weighs in at just 15.8-pounds. Pricing and availability have not yet been announced.

Impressive compared to 108-inch LCDs that weigh in at 196-kg (430-pounds) and the original Osborne 1 “laptop” that weighed 24.5-pounds.
