Reader Katile pointed us to this incredible clip showing a sand fountain. The scientifically correct term for this would be sand geyser, which occurs naturally when there are “deep pressure points of soft sand and steam”. Continue reading to watch.

A group of artists spent countless hours hand-laying tiles on this shower enclosure to depict scenes from Donkey Kong Junior — “each tile’s color and location was based on an individual pixel from a blown-up screenshot of the Nintendo arcade classic.” Click here for one more picture.

The Gemballa Mirage GT Carbon Edition builds upon its predecessor and “boosts power from 612 to 670 HP, taking the top speed up to 208 MPH and the 0-60 time down from 3.5 to 3.2 seconds.” Click here for first picture in gallery.

Few other specs of the car are currently known, but we’d expect a significant decrease in weight thanks to all the carbon. Or at least we would if we were going to open our wallets for one.
