There’s been a lot of noise about ultraslim PC cases, but even the slimmest can’t compare with the Acrylic Cowboy, which is basically “a slab of plastic [that] includes space for a small motherboard, power supply, hard drive, and optical drive.” Available now, priced at $75. This is as barebones as PC cases get: A small piece of plastic with just enough room for the essential PC guts. Observant types will notice that sides and a top are not included.

The problem with most cell phones these days is that the screens are just too small. Kyocera’s EOS aims to fix that. Formula 1 driver Nelson Piquet Jr. took the Renault car inside the Ski Dubai resort for a donut run, equipped with special tires that “were studded with 2000 studs, which took 16 hours to do by hand.” Video after the break.
One thing is certain, though: Ben Sulayem is a very good driver, but the fact that he crashed the car on a dry track while Nelsinho keeps it under control doing donuts in the snow shows you just good the average F1 driver is.
