Lenovo unveils the Pocket Yoga netbook, which “inherits the 360-degree soft hinge design from the Yoga notebook — the soft hinge supports three modes, locking into each position.” No word yet on pricing or availability. Click here for first picture in gallery.

When you open it to a normal angle, it can be used as a laptop. Its full-function keyboard gives you enough space to type, so your hands won’t be crowded or compromised. Or you can open it 360 degrees, folding the top cover back to the base, and it becomes the tablet notebook.

Netbook-Controlled Robot Fetches Popcorn, Takes Orders via Twitter

To build your own Popcorn robot, all you’ll need is: a $1649 Coppa robot and plenty of programming skills, or know someone who does. Plus, the robot can be equipped with “motion, heat, and humidity sensors, and servo-driven grabbing actuators.” Video after the break.

The video below shows one such unit that’s been programmed to take popcorn orders via-Twitter, timed to deliver the goods when the operator arrives home from work.
