$5,000 64GB USB Flash Drive

For $5,000 you could either buy several top of the line computers, or this 64GB USB flash drive. Buslink's Pro 2 line of USB drives also comes in 32GB and 16GB capacities, with prices starting at a whopping $1,500. [engadget]

Bryce, it's 64GB not 64MB (Notice the G and not the M). Personally I'd rather carry around 128 512MB flash drives (Which should cost around $3000). It would be so awesome, I could have 128 hooks on my jacket... now... which one was my homework on?

Bryce, its 64GB, not 64MB (note the G and not the M). If that wasn't the thing you were confused on, this is a FLASH drive, not a hardrive, as in, solid state memory without all that rotating stuff that a 64GB computer hardrive has. But yeah, I'd rather get an iPod and store all my files there. But if I, for some unknown reason, needed 64GB worth of flash drives, I'd buy 128 512MB ones for about $3000. Imagine that, I'd probably get a custom made jacket with 128 hooks on it... now... which one was my homework on?

I think it would be easier to just get a 60 gig iPod. They can carry files for you, and they're able to fit in your pocket. But sometimes its a pain to get files off of it... But you can get them at $400.

La memora USB da 64 GB Ok, costicchia con i suoi 5.000 dollari, ma al limite potete ripiegare sulla versione da 16 GB che vi costringerà a separarvi da 1.500 dollari al massimo. Di che si tratta? Delle nuove USB 2.0 di Buslink, che per una cifra "astronomica" vi danno spaz...
